Chef Jaqueline: Specializing in creating & executing recipe for our chopped salads and, dressings, as well as our in house classic salads such a s potato, macaroni, cole slaw, chicken salad, tuna salad and much more Her talents make us able to have all of our classic salads made fresh here daily from the finest of ingredients, no salads from a bucket at Harbor deli.

Chef Edith Specializing in creating and making our hot food items, such as chicken cutlets, grilled chicken, krispy chicken, chicken fun strips, hot soups, as well as our catering entrees, hot side dishes, hot breakfast creations, sauces, daily specials and any special catering requests by our customers, and much more.

Roxanna Ruiz Our Manager: Sandwich creator, Delivery expeditor, as well as Our most important job, making sure our customers get treated here like no where else, and really mean & demand that of her.

Evelyn was recently added to the creations team for her amazing ability & creativity in displaying & arranging our catering platters.
